Laslo

This is Steve and Shannon's bunny, Laslo.
When Laslo came to the Humane Society of Greater Dayton, he was in pretty bad shape. He was young, listless and weak. His fur was completely stained with urine and his poops were almost non-existent. Shannon and I were extremely concerned for him so he immediately came home with us.
He was rescued from a back yard by an unknown bunny lover by offering the former "owner" $25 dollars. I hate that such a person was rewarded with money for his obvious bunny cruelty but at least Laslo is now safe.
After a copious and steady diet of greens, hay and pellets, Laslo quickly regained his strength. He turned out to be an active and inquisitive little man and we instantly fell in love with him.
Laslo now lives with his best friend and bond mate, Oreo, where he loves to shake his head furiously and perform his clumsy binkies. The racket that Laslo makes is disproportionate to his size. When I'm in the basement beneath his room, one would think that a herd of elephants has taken residence upstairs.
Laslo is a huge fan of pellets, dandelion greens and cilantro. He will often stand on his hind legs and give kisses in exchange for a papaya tablet.
