Hobo

Hobo

Hobo is a spayed mixed-breed lop who came to the Humane Society in late October of 2007 after she was found wandering around a front lawn. During her stay at the shelter, we learned that though she's a friendly girl who likes getting pets, she's not a fan of being picked up. She does enjoy playing in the bunny corral when we set it up and she turned out to be quite the jumper, being able to spring quite high in the air.

In November, we learned that she had been in the family way when she came to us. She gave birth to three kits in the middle of the month, much to our surprise. Unfortunately one of the kits passed away at a week old, but the other two grew up quickly and each moved on to a great home. Now that the kids are gone, it's Hobo's turn to find a forever home. Maybe that home will be yours.

We think that Hobo will make a terrific house rabbit and you can meet her at the Humane Society of Greater Dayton.

Hobo was adopted on April 25, 2008.
