Damon
Adoptable
Description
Damon is a adult, large-sized, brown agouti Mixed with good litterbox habits who is looking for a home with an experienced bunny caregiver. Additionally, Damon has been altered.
We're not sure how he would do with children or pets. We've learned that Damon tolerates being picked up and held and he tolerates sitting on laps.
Damon became a shelter bunny on January 30, 2010 and is currently located in/at The Humane Society Of Greater Dayton.
About Damon
Damon is one of 3 littermates that were surrendered to the shelter after being kept
in a barn with little human contact. He’s a very curious fellow. We’re working on
our socialization skills but, with some patience and TLC, we think he’ll make a good
companion for any bunny lover.
Since being neutered he’s a little tentative when first meeting new people. Once he’s
familiar with you he enjoys strokes on his nose but isn’t fond of being picked up.
He fancies himself a bit of an interior decorator, so don’t be surprised if you
find his area rearranged daily. He loves his toys and enjoys his greens and an
occasional banana treat.
